Immunofluorescent analysis of PLXND1 in HeLa cells using a PLXND1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-18349) at a concentration of 10 µg/mL. The sample was paraformaldehyde fixed and permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Primary incubation for 1hr was followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL), showing membrane/cytoplasmic staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL).
